Lameeze has over twenty-two years of experience working at some of the UK’s most prestigious law firms, where she gained invaluable knowledge in all aspects of compliance, legal accounting, and practice management. She previously worked as the Financial Controller for a US-based tech company, and was responsible for the group’s financial processes and controls, planning and forecasting, internal and external reporting, and procurement.

She originally studied for her BCom at the University of South Africa before joining the graduate scheme at Omega Holdings SA where she trained as a management accountant.  

Lameeze is a change agent who is passionate about creating an environment that empowers teams to drive business improvements that deliver sustainable benefits and outstanding client outcomes.
